Session 1- Introduction Of Learn To Paint

In this first session of the program, children will learn about the curriculum and get an artistic insight into art techniques from Rupal.

In this colourful session, kids will participate in Rupal's game of colour mixing and blending.

In this session, kids will learn how to make lighter and darker colours using white and black, as well as how to explore colour mixology with Rupal.

The mentor begins the session by explaining to the children the different types and uses of brushes and pencils in sketching and painting.

In this session, children will learn how to paint the base of a painting with consistency using a flat paintbrush.

Session 8- Learning To Paint The Trees

By the end of this session, kids will ace in painting different types of trees and bushes under the guidance of the mentor.

TO GET PROPER SHADES:

  • Mix yellow and white to your green to make a lighter shade of green
  • Mix Prussian blue to dark green to make the darkest shade of green.

Children will crack the technique to use light shades over dark shades to get the desired effect on the painting with Rupal.

In this session, Rupal will teach you everything you need to know about lighting and shadow effects.

Session 11- Let's Learn Sketching

The kids will enhance their sketching skills by preparing the base sketch for the painting by the end of this session.

Session 18- Let's Finish Painting The House (Part 1)

The mentor has divided into two parts. In this particular session, kids will learn to paint houses using different colors. The mentor will share some tips and tricks of color mixing.

MATERIALS REQUIRED

  • Canvas (18 x 24 inch) (Continue with the previous canvas from session 17)
  • Basic Stationery (Pencil, eraser, scale and Sharpener)
  • Paintbrushes (Round Brush No. 0 & Thin Flat Brush No. 2 or 3 or 4)

MIXING OF SHADES:

  • Add a drop of black colour in brown colour to get a Darker shade of Brown.
  • Add a tiny drop of brown colour in white colour to make the lightest shade of Brown. Don't add too much brown colour.

This session is the continuation of session 21. In this session, the mentor will guide children to add more greenery to the scenery.

  • Paintbrushes: Flat Brush, Rough old Brush (Please keep them for further use)

  • Acrylic paints (Dark Green, Grass Green, Lemon Yellow, Prussian Blue)

MIXING OF SHADES:

  • To get Darkest Green Shade mix Green and Prussian Blue colour.
  • To get a Grass Green Shade you can add a drop of yellow in green.
  • To get a lighter shade of green you can add some white in dark green colour.
  • To get a lighter shade of grass green you can add a drop of white in the grass green colour.

NOTE: If you are directly using the grass green acrylic colour, you can add a drop of white colour to make the colour lighter.

The mentor has divided into two parts. In this particular session, kids will learn to paint houses using different colors. The mentor will share some tips and tricks of color mixing.
